PREMIOS CÍRCULOS DE ESCRITORES CINEMATOGRÁFICOS

Los actores Paula Echevarría, protagonista de 'Luz de Domingo', y Fernando Cayo, que ha trabajado en 'El Orfanato' y 'Mataharis', fueron los encargados de conducir la gala, cuyo guión corrió a cargo de la periodista y vicepresidenta del CEC, Gloria Scola. Tras la entrega de premios, los asistentes a la ceremonia pudieron ver la película 'La vida sin Grace', de James C. Strouse. Los galardonados de la noche fueron:

Premios de la Unión de Actores

El 31 de marzo se entregarán en el Palacio de Congresos del Campo de las Naciones de Madrid los XVII Premios de la Unión de Actores, que reconocen a los intérpretes más destacados del 2007 en cine, teatro y televisión. GUALEGUAYCHÚ SUMA CINE







Se ha abierto el plazo para la convocatoria GUALEGUAYCHÚ SUMA CINE, el primer Festival de Cine de Gualeguaychú, Argentina, que se celebrará los próximos días 20 y 21 de febrero en la Provincia de Entre Ríos, Argentina.

Para todos aquellos que estén interesados pueden presentar un cortometraje con una duración máxima de 20 minutos incluidos los créditos en los géneros de ficción, documental, docu ficción y animación. La temática es libre.

Junto al envío del cortometraje se deberá adjuntar la ficha de inscripción impresa que podéis conseguir directamente desde la página oficial del certamen www.cristiangauna.com.ar/gscine. Todo ello deberá enviarse a la siguiente dirección:

Sundance Film Festival

En plena huelga de los guionistas de Hollywood, arranca esta noche el Festival de cine Independiente de Sundance, que se prolongará hasta el día 27 de Enero.

En el festival participarán más de 100 películas entre las que abunda la comedia.
La película que abrirá el Festival será In Bruges, ópera prima de Martin McDonagh, que cuenta con Ralph Fiennes, Colin Farrel y Brendan Gleeson entre sus protagonistas.
Los Cronocrímenes de Nacho Vigalondo es el único título español que se proyectará en el festival, fuera de competición, aunque no es la única producción española, ya que Transsiberian de Wes Anderson (El Maquinista) también estará presente.

FESTIVAL DEL SOL

El Festival Internacional de cine gay y lésbico de Gran Canaria comenzó ayer, 10 de enero y finalizará el próximo 27 de enero.

Este festival de cine se desarrollará en las distintas islas del archipiélago Canario, en Gran Canaria, Lanzarote y Tenerife.

El festival de otorga galardones al mejor largometraje, mejor cortometraje, al mejor actor y a la mejor actriz. El festival se desarrollará en Gran Canaria del 10 al 15 de enero, en Lanzarote del 19 al 20 y en Tenerife del 22 al 27.

En Gran Canaria se celebran diariamente 3 sesiones a las 18:30, 20:30 y 22:00 en el Centro Cultural de La Caja de Canarias y 1 sesión en la Playa del inglés.
En Tenerife también tendrán lugar 3 sesiones diarias, a las 18:30, 20:30 y 22:00 en el Teatro de la Casa de Cultura de La Granja. Y en Lanzarote 1 sesión diaria, a las 20.00 en el Cine Buñuel, CIC el Almacén.
